I can’t access my credit card account either through PayPal or synchrony. I have no way of seeing a statement or accessing my points. I have to call to make any payment. Even with a payment confirmation number, I still had to argue that one payment was made. I wasted 25 hours over several weeks being transferred between both companies with no one able to actually help. As soon as it’s paid off I’ll cancel both PayPal and synchrony and forfeit my points. I used to have access to the credit card through the PayPal app. But no longer. PayPal transfers me to synchrony, synchrony says it’s a PayPal issue. Back and forth. Useless customer service.
