I lived in Singapore until summer 2020, before returning to the UK. I used my Singaporean bank and PayPal account to purchase items in the UK. Now, one of the items broke, the company say they issued a refund. My Singapore PayPal doesn't show a refund. I no longer have the bank accounts or cards in Singapore. So, how do I know if the retailer is telling the truth about the refund? If they did make the refund, how do I get my money back?
