PayPal charged 2x purchases to my preferred card method rather than my selected method. Quite annoyed as I would not have gone through with the transactions if there was a problem with the payment type. Not really too impressed how PayPal passed the buck on issue resolution too sending my message to the vendor when it’s a PayPal problem. I can see I’m not the only one with this issue over the years. Lack of customer service is getting to be quite annoying. Vent now done, thanks all. Any suggestions on how I sort this one out? Is bypassing PayPal altogether and getting a refund/making a new payment direct with the vendor the way to go? Thank you
