My business PayPal account is new. My customer deposited money more than 48 hours ago. PayPal told me after 48 hours (it's been more than that now), that the customer would be able to release the funds to me if they clicked on a "buyer confirmation" button, which according to Google may actually be called a "confirm receipt" button. Customer says there's no button, and took a pic clearly showing no button. On the phone with PayPal now. Been an hour. Still no resolution from them. Going round in circles. They keep saying it should be available. I keep saying it's not. I asked them to send a link. They said they can't. Please help!
