If disputes for non receipt of item are mostly automated, why does it take them so long to make a decision? I'm planning to pursue this and appeal if if necessary. The seller in this case provided what appears to be a valid USPS tracking number except for one thing: there is NO DELIVERY ADDRESS. How can PayPal possibly decide in favor of the seller without a delivery address? All it says is: September 6, 2021, 6:03 pm Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location September 7, 2021, 5:29 pm Delivered, Left with Individual Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 5:29 pm on September 7, 2021 in NASHUA, NH <removed>. No Access to Delivery Location? Baloney! I live in an HOA with 220 units and there are no access restrictions. Left with Individual? The only way that can be true is if the package was misdelivered and the recipient kept it. There are only two people here, myself and my daughter. We have a dog that lets us know the moment anyone sets foot on the front steps.
