I got my new debit card thursday and everyday I have been on the phone with CS because it will not let me withdraw cash from any ATM. The ATM will tell me my PIN is incorrect (but I know it is right). When I try to change it on the website, I get a message that I am unable to change my PIN because of high site usuage. Got this message since Thursday. CS has tried very kindly to help but nothing they can do fixes the problem. Is anyone else having this problem and has it been fixed for you?
