I informed Facebook and the account itself but every time they said that everything thing is OK, there may be problems from the sender's side. I change the sender as well but still, payments are denied. Both the senders inform me that the error code is 1000.

My senders are saying that payment is denied. I regularly getting paid from study.com but this time they says that payment denied. I have completed all the steps regarding KYC. I waited for 7 days but still not getting any confirmation email of KYC . In KYC portal it shows - Thank you for providing all the required information. We'll get back to you within 7 business days. How do I confirm whether my account is ready to get payment or not?
