When trying to raise a dispute due to the goods being nothing like described, the merchant has this message, which seems threatening in a way and dodgy: STOP!!! READ THIS CAREFULLY! REFUND WITH ONE CLICK STOP! We understand you might be frustrated. Email us at support with the subject "Paypal case" and we will refund you WITHIN 24 HOURS. In case you DO NOT reach out to our team, and continue to open this request, we will NOT issue you a refund, we will FIGHT the case and it will take WEEKS to get resolved. You decide if you want to get a FULL refund within 24 hours or open this case. We suggest the first option as it will save you a lot of time and effort. Surely, this is a threat or maybe a way to buy time. I have emailed and messaged them but no response of course.
