Hi i requested a payment to someone because i am seling an item to them and they have sent me an email which is as followed: "I will need a confirmation from PayPal to proceed with the payment before sending payment out to your account so all you have to do is send a mail to PayPal customer service via the link www.paypal.com/help to confirm your account and I will receive a mail from PayPal to proceed with the payment." Could someone please tell me if this is a legit message because i feel scared that something will happen
