Hi all, I made a purchase on 10th September 2021 for a halloween mask. The seller has taken the payment but I have not received my item or even an email from the seller in any capacity. I tried to issue a refund but it says there has been no activity on my PayPal account. I can't remember if I logged in or not when I made the payment. But the payment was definitely using PayPal as PayPal appears on my bank statement. Any help? I have tried to email the seller but my Outlook says there is a problem. The website I purchased from was called Mayumiss.
