Hello PayPal Community, I have reported a problem with an order through PayPal. Here PayPal has given right to the seller with a FedEx delivery number and closed the case. But FedEX has confirmed that the delivery number was not in my name and I should deal with the seller, who does not respond. I can, since the case was already closed by PayPal no longer make on, even if I have proof that the seller has done something wrong or obviously cheated. What can I do?
