I am sorry to hear about the experience that you have had with released a payment that has been put on hold. Please check all your email folders in case our messages went to a folder other than your inbox. In most cases, you can find options to try to resolve these issues in your Resolution Center on the account. Have you tried checking there to see if there are any instructions or steps to complete?
