I had a buyer disputing a sale of 300$ for a product they said was not as described. They opened a case. The message said "you must respond until 13 September or the case will be closed against you" and then couple of hours later I get this: "As the deadline approached we emailed you again a reminder for the dispute. Since we did not have a response in due time we closed the case in favor of your buyer". So now the buyer got the money and the product, but I am way **bleep** at not being able to present a case or dispute. How on earth did it close before the 13th of September, in only a couple of hours??? PS: They also charged me 15 USD additionally. Looks like they don't want me as customer...
