I'm sending money to my fiance in the Philippines each week. No problems. She just transfers the money from her PayPal account to her bank account. Now, PayPal gives her an error message saying she has reached her limit and needs to send in identifying documentation to continue. There is no other information provided. She completed the ID online form and send them or documents, to no avail. Is there a customer service phone number in the Philippines? The only one Google shows me and the only one PayPal app shows me is the US number. And she cannot afford to make an international call that will likely put it on hold for an hour or longer, like is typical in the United States. Does anyone know where I can find a Philippines customer service phone number?
