I used PayPal to make an online purchase from an overseas vendor. When I received the item, I unfortunately had to return it. Between sending it back overseas and receiving the refund (about a week), I lost my card and had to cancel it. The vendor has given me a refund, and PayPal says it's received but the money isn't in my bank account... when I receive my new card, and link it to PayPal, will the money be returned to my bank account? Not sure how this works. Thanks!
