I came here specifically to check this problem. When logged into my account summary the link to my Paypal Mastercard Syncrony Bank site does not work. I get the same message described by the original poster. My go-to is Chrome browser on MacBook Pro. Initially it worked, now it does not. When it stopped working I could switch to Firefox and it would work; now that will not work either, but it worked the last two times using Safari. Restarting does not help; clearing cookies and browser data does not help, and I can find no direct way to access all the account information without going through the Paypal summary page.
