I don't know if you've tried this or not but if you haven't then see if this helps... Log into your account through the website, not in the app as these options won't be available to use in the app. Once you're logged into your account on the website, go to your recent activity and click on the transaction that was done by mistake. It should pull up a little more detailed info than what the app gives you, and it should give you the option to request the return there. Once you've requested the return I would then copy the transaction ID#, the date, the amount, and the name of phone number it's listed under. Take all that to the resolution center and file a claim under 'returns' (I think that's the one). But, honestly it doesn't matter which one you file it under, it's just mainly a formality so you can say you did that too. Because the next step is to call PayPal and speak to a live person. That's the best way to get things moving along quicker and in the for sure right direction. I have PayPal's customer service # saved in my contacts for reasons just like this, someone's with PayPal is just better to speak to someone. [Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I hope this helps, I'm sorry this happened to you. I've had the same thing happen to me one time before so I know it's fixable; don't let anyone tell you it's not because it very much is. Good luck!
