I lodged a dispute with PayPal over an item we purchased online. The item still has not arrived and the seller sent me a tracking number from FedEx. The problem is that this tracking number is also a fraud. It belongs to someone else and that package was delivered to this customer - a different name and address to ours. FedEx can't release the details on this tracking number, but could tell us that this has happened to other people trying to get their money back from PayPal. PayPal have closed the dispute in favour of the seller as they provided a tracking number. This isn't fair as I have an email from FedEx confirming that the tracking number isn't mine. How do I dispute the dispute's closure?
