Hi Thanks for that but I have either tried all of that but normally most of it is standard prectice for me to follow...shipping/insurance etc As I say I have an perfectly fine clean record with paypal so its a little frustrating they have limited my account and refuse to unlimit it or hear an appeal untill 20th dec..so that xmas sales knackered I guess. Oh well off to a card service I guess as I cant maintain this level of uncertainty

Having been a paypal businesses customer for 15 years with a spotless track record and not a single dispute so why do I wake up today with a payment on hold. Its only a small amout £240 but now seesm anything over £2.5 K paypal now want to keep for 21 days "for my security" . This isnt anyway to run a business...that would mean paypal constantly holding 3k+ of my money in a loop . I have had this before but manged to increas the limit so it didnt affect me..but now its dropped again and cant be moved. Why do they keep doing this stuff ...cant see anyway to remove it

Is this system dead or dying. I have had 8 of these more or less in a row paid all of them off fully within 90 days so history is good .But noticed the decline issue last few times, kept at it and a day later it goes through. But now it seems after a week it just constant declines even after inviting me to apply. Paypal have no answers and say its just an algorithm and keep at it. Seems a bit of weak answer .
