Hello, I'm a seller and using Paypal for all of my online transaction. Recently, I'm facing an issue where it looks like scam from buyer. I usually record video of the product before shipping out, just for my own record which I don't share to buyer. However, shipping to USA takes about 3-weeks or maybe longer. After some time, customer received the product and I was told that the product she received contained some defects but when I compare back with my video I'm sure my product is fine before shipping out. What would be your advice for seller to better protect ourselves in future? A buyer may be also a reseller where she/he buys and resell. Defects may occur when re-shipping the product to her/his buyer etc...or buyer may swap the same product from another seller and put the blame on you etc.....I meant there are many reasons. Any advice please?
