Hello! I would like to file a complaint against a PayPal! We got a tuition fee transfer from one of international students but PayPal closed down our account and put our funds on hold for 180 days (as a result our student cannot be enrolled). One of PayPal representatives told us that our funds would be released in 21 days but then we got a message saying that our funds are on hold for 180 days. PayPal does not respond to our emails. Furthermore, they limited our account options; that is, we cannot enter a resolution centre. Is there anybody who dealt with a similar problem? Where and how can we complain?
