I'm using the Subscriptions API. Can you tell me the query string that will be added to the return_url I specify as part of the application_context object when using the create and revise resources? Will the query string be different for successful and unsuccessful approvals?

I have read the PayPal-Request-Id request header can be used to enforce idempotency on certain REST API post requests. My focus is subscriptions and I am using the Smart Payment Buttons. If a user subscribes to a plan, my understanding is the Subscriptions API provides a set of actions I can use as a developer to manage the subscription. For example cancel, suspend, revise, activate. My question is what actions can the subscriber perform on the subscription in the PayPal dashboard?

When creating a subscription, the status value in the HTTP response can be APPROVED but it can also be ACTIVE. See https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/subscriptions/v1/#subscriptions_create How are these different? Surely if the subscription is approved then the subscription is active.
