I sent an item and seller 10 days after purchase, delayed due to a bereavement that I communicated with buyer. Buyer claimed it had not been received through resolution centre. At the time I could not find proof of postage and case was closed in favour of buyer and he was refunded. My account is now in negative funds and I now have found proof of postage. I am not using my PayPal account until they restore funds, I have tried to contact PayPal to show proof of postage ( was posted on the day the buyer claimed he had not received) but have not heard back.
