Hi, I'm trying to complete a purchase to a seller in Canada, but my account is not showing as an option. My preferred account is backed by a bank account in the US. I have funds. I've ordered from different countries (including Canada) many times recently. I have looked extensively through the Help section and messaged customer support 2 days ago, but haven't gotten a reply. Is it because the US/CA border is closed for COVID? (That's a joke.) If anyone has any tips or knows what the problem is, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
