Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to you for the 3rd time, being that I can't find a telephone number to call you directly.
I had purchased from NIVEA Online Shop Beiersdorf AG and I was supposed to get the shipment with FREE shipping charges! The invoice came and
was book with €uro 3,95 for shipping. I called NIVEA directly and they told me I would get a refund with Pay Pal. Well, on ma statement from the
bank dated 28.07.2021 instead of getting + plus €3,95 it was deducted for the 2nd time! This is not correct and you have to refund me now two times the amount of 3,95 = €uro 7,90 to my Pay Pal account. Why hasn't this been done yet?
