I got scammed by this as well. I went to my local post office, asking them if the tracking number was actually delivering to my address. The lady who helped me happily checked it for me and printed out a detailed tracking report showing that the delivery address is different from my address. I didn't even know this thing existed before. I asked if I could take this report back and the lady said of course! I uploaded this to Paypal and Paypal ruled it in my favor. In their response, Paypal said "Thanks for providing the Intranet Form from USPS that the tracking # <redacted tracking number> is not associated with your address." At this point, I learned that the Intranet Form is a thing... I then Googled "USPS Intranet Form" and this is the top result on Google. This indicates how prevalent this scam is! Yet Paypal is not doing a thing... So sad!
