Son ordered something from a bogus website and paid via PayPal. Opened dispute and was sent tracking number. The package delivered by USPS that corresponded with that tracking number was not from same sender nor delivered to my house; the package weighed 4 ounces whereas mine would have been about a 100 pounds. Was told to get intranet from USPS but the form that they had 5811-A was not appropriate for that; it's to report to the USPS when a package was not delivered as ordered. The postmaster sent an email attesting to the fact of the details above, and I have forwarded it to an agent. I hope it's sufficient to get our $98 back. I know a LOT of other people have had very similar experiences so if anyone has helpful info to share I'd love to hear it.
