I placed an order. It was shipped through USPS. I never received the item. I opened a dispute. Once PayPal saw the tracking info they closed my case. I saw the post man Sunday and asked him what I could do. He told me that when they deliver a package, they scan it and it scans the GPS. So I called the post office today. They did confirm the package was delivered to an address in my hometown. They would not tell me where, but that it was not similar in street name or number. Now, I cannot find a way to reopen the case or open a new one. I feel like PP really let me, as their customer down by closing the case already. What can I do?
