My dispute was declined because I used an incorrect reason for the dispute. I used the wrong reason for the dispute because I couldn’t find the reason I was filling a dispute in the list provided. My dispute is with the seller who has not answered my two emails. I made the purchase on the 18th, I haven’t received anything from the seller. He provided tracking information, but the USPS number is actually from an Amazon purchase I made of a $6 cd which was delivered on the 20th. This is so bizarre and so confusing because PayPal won’t let me resubmit the dispute. I guess it’s just to bad, and your out of luck getting any help. John
