PayPal denied my dispute because they checked with the seller because the seller provided tracking information. My package was never delivered. I've found complaints about the website/company on the BBB, plus warnings on Reddit about cricut-store.com, which shockingly, is no longer active. I'm heading to the post office to verify this is actually legit tracking information. I know this is fraud and can't get my money back. Thankfully, it is only $99, but I detest people who cheat. I'm disappointed in PayPal when all the evidence says this company is crooked. They even told me on my first call that the email for the company had been flagged as suspicious. Plus, no one leaves packages outside our building - if it was sent by USPS, as they claim, the carrier has a key to our building. If it is a large package, they call on our intercom system. If no one can accept the package they take it back. Any ideas on how to fight this? If there is no refund, I won't bother shopping through PayPal again.
