I sent money to another PayPal account since a week ago now. I go deducted, but it shows "Unclaimed" on the transaction details. On the intended recipient's account, it shows "Pending" and they haven't been credited with the money yet. I've gone through the helps I've seen but there's no link to cancel the payment and the intended recipient says he can't "claim" the money or even access it. I'm confused. What do I do to resolve it? It's been a week now and I need this issue resolved and money back in my account. I can't even contact PayPal directly—it's annoying. Please, if anyone has a solution I'd appreciate it.
