Hello please I need your help. I sent around 1000 dollars to someone to a wrong email address. The recipient told me that:" The payment came through but Paypal is holding it for some reason. They are saying receipt of goods or services needs to be verified by customer..." they told me that they dont have a paypal account for the email I used and told me to use a different email. How can I get refund or change the email of the recipient, knowing that on paypal app it shows that there was no problem with the payment. Please
