I am in the same boat. It's not available online or by phone. There's a lot of other posts here saying the same thing. They have a glitch right now and they know it, as the phone message stated they couldn't access accounts right now... and I hadn't given my account # yet so I know it isn't just me.

I'm in the same boat. When I called the number on the back of the card, the automated number said they are unable to access my account right now... but I didn't give them my account information so I think it's a system wide error for them.
