I want to open a dispute for merchandise received but not what I ordered. When I click on the link to file the complaint the paypal website sent me a message, "Please try again later, something wrong on our end" ! "Return to resolution center ".... This is going on for two weeks now. It is only for this transaction . When I make a simulation to file a dispute with another purchase the website opens up and give me the usual questions.... Off course I have been trying to contact paypal via the t'chat .... There is never a employee aveable ! Been going on for two weeks, every day ... How to contact paypal about this situation ?
