More than likely.... it's a scam. I called one of these people back (from my computer (not my phone) and recorded part of the call. (below)They were trying to convince me I was scammed and was due a refund. I told them the payment hadn't cleared my bank yet. They said they were trying to get on top of it before that happened. I already knew it was a scam. You can't dispute a transaction with PayPal unless the transaction has finalized. One of the ways you can tell it is a scam is by looking at the sender. The sender will be PayPal...Just point your mouse over the sender and the information about the sender will show up. Below is part of that call and the email. I redacted my information, but left the information from the sender in. Because I knew it was a scam and have had plenty of training in this area, I felt safe to call. But never respond to them by email or click any links in the email that you may get. To always be on the safe side, even when you think it is PayPal, don't click on the link, just go to PayPal's website and find the information you are looking for, or call customer service. You can also tell it is a scam by the language. foreigners tend to leave vowels out of their language. So read the emails carefully and look for awkward word phrases and miss-spellings. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WOiVkBbnqS8hpNpcV2YUjFqXlIZHyh_D/view?usp=sharing
