I ordered a pair of shoes from a seller on the ArtFire website. The seller sent a fraudulent tracking code, that the USPS claims in writing is for a different package sent to a different address. I filed an appeal of my dispute, but PayPal immediately refused to do anything about it and is denying my claim. There isn't even a button on the page allowing me to raise it to a claim. What do I do now?
