I have simular situation. I received payments from one buyer in April and May this year totalling $3500. I have done business with this individual for over a year now and have began to build trust in him. I received 15 disputes over this 2 month period the buyer had initiated with their bank. Shocked I phoned the buyer and asked him what was up? He was very apologetic and said he would handle it. Apparently he had used his fathers banking somehow to get cash to me. So he, buyer, spoke with his das and paypal he claims. He provided me with statements from his dad's bank stating each transactions details and each item listed was paid to PayPal at request of the dad. Yet, PayPals outcome is in favor of the buyer. I have much proof I am owed this money. Also, from all of a lot of evidence that PayPal has gotten paid through buyer and also is requesting $3340 from me. What a headache. What do I do,
