I ordered some items from a company: <Removed>
It has a phone number in USA, but they actually is in China.
I ordered the items online from them, They sent me other items instead which were worthless to me. I created a case for full refund, They asked me to send back to them by o7/10, then give me a refund, but without give me a return label. This is their trick. They knew the shipping cost would be expensive and force me to give up.
There is not option I can use to ask question or request a return label in the Resolution Center. How could I get help in this situation?
