I'm new to paypal and have recieved a email saying "After a thorough review of your PayPal account, we're initiating its closure in order to protect us from potential financial losses.You'll no longer be able to use PayPal account." I went into the resolution centre to try and resolve the situation but when i follow the steps, it just says my account is limited. I don't know what to do now. For more information, it's been open 2/3 weeks, and the only transaction was my friend sending me a penny. I do online surveys to earn money and need paypal to recieve my payments.
