Hi all, I have registered my paypal account in Singapore and moved to Australia. I started selling on eBay in Australia and started accepting payment through Paypal. One day, paypal limited my account as for the compliance issue and I was notified as below. We're unable to continue offering our services Thanks for using PayPal's payment services. Unfortunately, we're unable to continue offering our services to you at this time due to the nature of your business and the risk it poses to PayPal. If you owe refunds to any of your customers, you can use the balance in your PayPal account to refund them. The remaining balance in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, we'll email you information on how to withdraw your funds. Now, 180 days have already passed and they have never emailed information on how to withdraw the funds or replied properly on message centre. My business is genuine business and I want to collect remaining balance in my paypal account. I searched on community but there seems to be no one who resolved this issue. I have a bit of concern if I can't collect the remaining balance. How can I resolve this issue?
