I have tried numerous times to log in to my account and each time it states 'contact you by phone or mobile text'. I never receive a phone call despite it being the correct number. Entering mobile text number on the screen fails. All I get is try again, but I have tried numerous times. I have tried changing password (twice) after contacting auto response machine and it still fails. Contacting by phone or text has worked in past but now nothing. The auto response machine tells me I have money in my account. Where do I go from here ???? and please don't tell me to change my password again
