I can receive money to my PayPal and I can use my PayPal balance to buy things online. However, when I linked my bank account (United Arab Emirates) to my PayPal, I try to transfer funds to the bank account but I get the following message: -------------------------------------------------- "There’s an issue with your account You can contact us for help resolving it." -------------------------------------------------- I tried the solutions in the community but they don't seem to apply to my case.
