Hello, I made purchase back on June 4th which turned out to be from a scam website. I attempted to dispute this transaction but the case was denied as it was deemed not unauthorized. Of course I have not received the item in question and I would like to open a case for refund however I'm unable to do so and receive a message which states I'm unable to do so because I already filed a case for that transaction. What recourse do I have? Thanks for your help.
