I made a purchase from an online seller, and never received the item. I opened a dispute, and the seller sent PayPal a USPS tracking number showing that a delivery had been made. I contacted USPS, and was told that the tracking number was fraudulent. It was a real tracking number, but for something that had been delivered to someone else at a location in my ZIP code. Essentially, not my package, and a tracking number obtained by hacking USPS. I sent this additional information to PayPay, but this was ignored and PayPal denied my claim. How do I reopen the claim with PayPal?
