Hello community, I'm having trouble logging into my PayPal account (I need to update my card details) PayPal wants me to confirm it's me by calling my mobile and asking me to key in the 4 digit code on my laptop screen. My mobile rings and when I answer I am prompted to enter the code. I do so and after a short silence I am asked again to enter the code which I do. I'm then told PayPal is unable to verify that it's me. What am I doing wrong? Is it a setting on my phone? (Iphone X) When I enter the code on the phone I don't hear any associated tones - is that the problem?
