I sent $520.00 a couple days ago to a friend and it was approved. I discovered that I sent it to the wrong email address. The money was refunded right away. Since then I've tried many times to send the same amount $520.00 to the correct email address but they decline it every time. The account drawn from has plenty of money in it. I haven't changed anything on the account except I changed from an old card to a new card from my current bank. the first transaction went through on this new card/bank information. I don't understand why I can't send the same transaction that was approved 2 days ago?
