A buyer put a claim in for a lost package. In the claim he admitted that he had given the wrong address and that I had sent it to the address he had given of which I have tracking info. Royal Mail sent the package to it's sorting office and lost it. The buyer admitted it was his fault and yet paypal still gave him his money back! I appealed but couldn't even input a message for anyone to read. How can I get a human at paypal to actually read the messages on the claim? It seems it's been autoresolved.
