@OdetteB I don't know if my scenario matches yours; however, let me give this a shot. I tried to send my nephew $200 over paypal using his phone number. On my end, everything looked good and the payment went through. On my nephews end, he didn't get it. Countless messages and phone calls to paypal helpdesk did not help. They simply said the transaction looks like it went through on both ends. NET NET: My nephew had an old paypal account with a different email address he forgot about, yet it was associated with the same phone number. When he checked this old account, lo and behold, there was the money. I honestly think paypal helpdesk should have asked about this scenario AND the application itself should let a user know when they are associating the same phone number with multiple accounts.
