Hello, I have paid for an item bought in an online shop via PayPal - the transaction however showed up under a different name and with a different amount than the one initially stated - this has prompted me to flag it up with PayPal resolution centre as a suspicious activity on my account. This has all been resolved. That said, however, the item has still not arrived and the seller has not responded to any of my messages. I've now done some research online and it appears there are other people who have ordered from the site and have never received their items. The problem is I am unable to open a dispute via Paypal as the query regarding whether this transaction is legitimate is already closed in the resolution centre and, so, I am unable to raise another dispute. Is there any way I can still raise it with PayPal? Thanks M
