I ordered a stained glass set of birds from an online seller, and to my surprise, it turned out it was from China. the total was $46.11 after a month of waiting, I received a small tin piece of junk so I disputed the transaction. I sent pictures to paypal of what I got but the dispute was in favor of the seller...paypal decided that if I paid to the return the cheap tin junk I could get my money back...it would cost me over $50 to return this junk! does anyone besides me find this disturbing? I cannot use paypal any longer if we are no protected by fraud. Now, when I was sent the email stating that if I returned the item and I could get my money back OR I could wait until the case was closed and click "Dispute" in actions to open a dispute of the decision, there is now no option to open a dispute.
